Order Cancellation Protocol
We operate with a high-efficiency digital workflow to ensure your products reach you as fresh as possible.

Window for Change: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.

Fulfillment Cut-off: Once an order has entered the "Fulfillment" stage or a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to cancel the shipment. At this stage, the order is considered final and will proceed to delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our skincare and wellness products, and to maintain the highest hygiene standards:

Opened Products: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, or had their security seals tampered with.
